Rising young executives learn and apply the entrepreneurship framework to the future of travel

A cohort of 30 executives participated in an innovation workshop hosted by MIT Hong Kong Innovation Node on June 24, 2023. As a part of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong’s Future Leaders program, these rising young executives spend six months together to develop the skills and professional connections they’ll need to achieve their full potential. The workshop was themed around the future of travel, where teams of participants learned and applied MIT’s disciplined entrepreneurship framework to propose novel ideas. Solutions ranged from a bespoke pet travel service to real-time menu translation in foreign countries, a personal shopping concierge for busy travelers, and a platform to support KOLs to create meaningful travel content.
