“PolyU Maker Connect: Design x Tech x Manufacture” was successfully held at Oasis G/F, Central Market on last Friday (29 October, 2021). MIT Node representatives including Charleston Sin, Sunnie Lau, and Marina Chan attended this event.
Co-organised by Knowledge Transfer and Entrepreneurship Office (KTEO) and School of Design (SD), the “PolyU Maker Connect” is a vibrant networking occasion where PolyU hardware startups, product designers and industrialists interconnect and explore collaborations. As an initiative under the University’s GBA PolyVentures 2025 vision, it aims to create an empowering network of stakeholders and resource providers in PolyU’s entrepreneurship ecosystem to accelerate product development of hardware startups through synergistic collaborations.
